RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce is hiring a Laboratory Test and Engineering Coordinator to support the R&D efforts of our enterprise client in the Consumer Electronics & Technology Industry located in Fort Collins, CO. In this position you will need to come onsite. The Hardware Test Center is pivotal to our client's success in developing and evaluating industry leading computer hardware.

In accordance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (-the Act-) (C.R.S. S 8-5-101 et seq.), Kforce discloses that the anticipated pay range for this position, which is subject to change based on job-related factors, including Kforce client requirements where applicable, is between $27/hr. - $30/hr.

Overview:The Test and Engineering Coordinator will design and/or construct test tools/equipment/fixtures as requested by engineering staff in addition to supporting the development of new test methods and the maintenance of existing test methods. They will first line troubleshoot support for test systems (EMC, mechanical, acoustics, thermal, etc.) during testing and perform system verifications and characterizations as such: Verify Omega temp/RH probe NSA SVSWR ESD test system verification Conducted Emissions test system verifications Radiated Emissions system loss characterization (low band only)

The Test and Engineering Coordinator will be responsible for the maintenance of EMC test systems and equipment and monitor/support equipment calibration.

REQUIREMENTS: Electronics training, degree, or experience 5+ years of experience with EMC and mechanical test laboratory processes and equipment Ability to analyze/evaluate functionality of test equipment and possibly perform maintenance as needed Ability to balance multiple competing priorities and extremely high attention to detail Mechanical knowledge and experience - general and ITE related Electrical knowledge - general, testing and equipment Willingness to learn tests being performed and try to anticipate needs of tests, techs, and engineers Ability to read electronic, electric, mechanical blueprints
