Part-time cleaner needed for 100+ unit affordable housing community. Schedule is 5 hours per day (exact times to be determined), Monday-Wednesday-Friday. Duties include but are not limited to cleaning of building common areas, restrooms, laundry room, trash rooms, stairwells, and office. Heavy vacuuming, dusting, and mopping required. Must possess the ability to communicate effectively and have superior customer service skills. Must undergo criminal screening.
