Available Positions:
1. Line Cooks: Execute food preparation with precision and efficiency to meet the demands of our busy kitchen. Work collaboratively with the culinary team to maintain consistency and quality in every dish served. Compensation depends on ability and availability. Seeking cooks for nights and weekends. Grill cooks with experience start at $20+
2. Prep Cooks: Assist in food preparation tasks, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients. Contribute to the smooth operation of the kitchen by ensuring all ingredients are prepared according to recipes and standards. Starting at $18+
3. Dishwashers: Keep our kitchen clean and organized by ensuring dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are washed and sanitized promptly. Support the kitchen team by maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the dishwashing area. Starting at $18+
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen environment preferred.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety standards.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
