Looking to add a sushi chef to our sushi bar.
Must be able to demonstrate the following skills:
- making roll
- various cuts of fish and rolls
- plating
- various cuts on vegetables
We are a fast paced, busy sushi restaurant, serving quality japanese cuisine.
Candidates must be hygenic, punctual, and must able to work under pressure.
Compensation will range from $150 plus tips per day to $200 plus tips per day. Housing is negotiable for skilled sushi chefs. Employee meals included. We offer employee discounts as well.
