PONTIC is looking for dental hygienists and assistants to temp on an as-needed basis. Our online platform allows employees to set their own schedule, pay, and negotiate within our site for every job. Our temporary staff are paid as employees weekly through direct deposit, receive a single W-2 at the end of the year, and will be eligible for benefits. We do not hold our temporary staff to non-compete contracts or even charge a permanent placement fee.
We're looking for professionals that want to work autonomously by utilizing our online platform to negotiate and schedule jobs. Must be driven, accountable, and passionate about your profession. New graduates are welcome to apply and/or those looking to temp while they seeking permanent employment. Must have appropriate licenses and certifications, and assistants must have an expanded duty function.
Dental Professional working with PONTIC negotiate their own rates for each contract, but PONTIC has set a minimum fee (see below).
Minimum hourly rate for Dental Hygienist in Colorado: Negotiate rate between $42 and 445
Minimum hourly rate for Dental Assistants in Colorado: 25.00
