Assistant Health Care Director

LPN

Our Assistant Health Care Director serves our communities by participating in service planning, as well as renewal and maintenance of these plans as needed. By assisting the Health Care Director and the Resident Director in their duties to supervise, oversee, and coordinate the work of personal service assistants to meet Residents needs. The Assistant Health Care Director will provide clinical services to residents and assist in training personal service assistants.

We are looking for a Assistant Health Care Director who has a current nursing license in the state and has previous supervisor experience, preferably in a nursing setting, which includes management, coaching and health care services.

Other requirements for the Assistant Health Care Director include:

Prefer prior experience in nursing facility with experience supervising direct care staff

Require at least 1 year of prior experience

Require ability to read, speak, and write English clearly

Our LPNs support all health care services throughout the residence. They provide input to service planning for residents as well as renewal and maintenance of these plans. LPNs work with the Health Care Director to supervise, oversee and coordinate the work of other caregivers to meet resident needs. The LPN we select must possess a passion for exemplary healthcare services. They should work well under pressure, be organized, flexible and self “motivated.
