We are looking to fill a few QMAP positions in Evans, Colorado! We are looking for dependable people that are caring and enjoy helping elderly residents!

We are only looking to fill Swing and NOC shifts at this time. These shifts require weekend availability.
Swing shifts are 3 - 11pm and NOC shifts are 11pm - 7am.
We will train the right candidates, so no experience required. If you are not already a QMAP, you will need to become a QMAP upon hire.
Caregiver/C.N.A./QMAP tasks include assisting residents with personal care, including dressing, mobility, administering medication, personal hygiene, eating and transporting to doctor's appointments, monitoring medications, documenting health changes, and assisting with other tasks such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, and anything requested by the Administrator.
To be eligible for this position, you must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, pass a criminal background check, pass a pre-employment drug screen, obtain First Aid and CPR Certifications, become a QMAP (if you're not already a QMAP), and be punctual with dependable attendance
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
- Regular standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, and crawling required;
- Repeated hand and arm movements, chopping, lifting, reaching over head, standing for extended periods of time, use a step stool and work on wet slippery surfaces, able to work around extreme heat and steam in the cooking area;
- Must have sufficient physical ability to: stock food; prepare, cook and serve proper meals clean kitchen, kitchen equipment; bathrooms, bedrooms, floors, etc.
- Must frequently lift or move objects weighing up to thirty five (35) pounds unassisted.
