Job Summary/Duties:
The position of Delivery Driver is one of the key components of Black Roofing, Inc. You ensure that the materials and/or equipment is properly & safely loaded into our vehicles & properly unloaded at specific job sites so that our team can begin working quickly & efficiently. This position requires an individual who works well in a fast paced, everchanging environment, & is always prompt & thorough.
- Valid Colorado Drivers License Required (CDL preferred)
- Must have Clean DMV Record
- Must pass drug tests
- Forklift Certification - to be obtained upon acceptance of the position through Black Roofing, Inc.
- Basic Mechanical Skills
Additional Skills Required:
- Basic math skills
- Basic grammar skills
- Basic internet use skills
- Ability to receive constructive criticism
- Ability to follow instructions
Physical Demands:
- May need to lift objects up to 60 pounds
- Sitting for long periods of time may be required
- Standing for long periods of time may be required
- Use of ladder, loading equipment
Position type & expected hours of work:
- Field Position; Hourly; 40 Hours per week expected.
- Must meet deadlines
- Occasional weekend work required
Required Education & Certifications:
- High School Diploma or Higher
