House Manager Requirements and Job Description.
Employee must have proven ability to be organized, efficient, responsible and discreet. Employer requires clear MVR, background check and NDA.
The House Manager keep things running smoothly in the employer's home. Common duties include but not limited to grocery shopping, laundry, running errands, cleaning, making appointments, coordinating travel, handling household organization, maintaining cars (take to be detailed or service appointments) , and more. House manager may also be expected to help with the care of 2 children and pets. As well as cook for the family on occasion. Communicate with the employers' work assistants to coordinate schedules.
Employer(s) Own and operate a expanding company that currently has operations in 3 states. With 2 young children in school the goal is to find someone to assist the family in their day to day needs.
Position will be mostly Daytime hours Monday-Friday but can be flexible for scheduling hours to the Employees availability. Due to the Employers constant changing responsibilities, this position will not guarentee set amount of hours per week. Pay will be based from State Average for position, including overtime and holiday pay.
Interviews will be held in 2 parts, a phone interview then an in person with Employer.
