Hydrologic is currently hiring for lawn care/landscape maintenance and enhancement positions!
We seek honest, dependable, motivated and detail oriented, people who will focus on building relationships with our team as well as our customers.
Job duties include:
GROUNDS MAINTENANCE CREW MEMBER: maintain existing landscape; mowing, edging, and fertilizing lawns, weeding and mulching landscape beds, ensure hedges, shrubs, and small trees are trimmed and that strong and healthy trees are kept by removing dead, damaged, or unwanted trees; monitor and maintain plant health
- ENHANCEMENT CREW MEMBERS: install and remodel landscape & hardscape; plant trees, flowers, shrubs, rock and mulch
REQUIREMENTS:
- Technicians/Laborers: 1+ years experience a plus, willing to train the right individuals;
- General knowledge of landscape maintenance;
- Snow Removal experience a plus;
- Ability to work well with others;
- Must be able to work 8+ hour days and sometimes weekends (overtime included);
- Must be able to lift 50+lbs repetitively on a daily basis;
- Small/Large equipment operator a plus;
- Ability to work in diverse weather situations.
