Job Description:
This team member should be mechanically minded, hard-working and team-oriented. Responsible for service requests, make-ready apartment homes and upkeep of the property buildings and grounds.
HVAC certified preferred but not required
Diagnose problems and make repairs in areas such as electrical, plumbing, carpentry, dry walling and appliance repair.
Must be able to participate in the on-call rotation and shovel whenever it snows.
Job Requirements:
Minimum two years (2yrs.) experience in apartment turnover, minor electrical, plumbing. Must have a reliable car and be able to pass a criminal background and drug test.
