Small law office is seeking an office manager. Basic function will be to keep the bills paid, mail sorted, and office running so the lawyer(s) and paralegal(s) can practice law. Please read the whole job posting, important application information at the bottom.
Minimum Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills
Excellent customer service skills
Good work ethic
Ability to solve problems independently
Working knowledge of quickbooks (you don't have to be an expert, but you need to know how to cut checks an
record payments)
Ability to follow instructions
Prior experience in office setting
Willingness to pitch in with random office tasks as needed
Clear criminal history
Experience with or willingness to learn to use Mac hardware and software
Ability to work in a primarily-paperless tech-heavy environment
Willingness to work in dog friendly office
