Rams Village, a student-oriented apartment community located just West of CSU in Fort Collins is looking for an experience Leasing Manager. The position requires:
Experience in Apartment Leasing or related sales environments
Active engagement with social media accounts in a business setting
Strong customer service skills, a go-getterĀ with an upbeat personality
Ability to plan and organize activities for diverse groups
Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office products, communicating with customers via email and content creation for various marketing activities
The position is full-time, Monday-Friday, generally 8:00am to 5:00pm, with occasional evening or weekend hours for special events or during critical work periods. Job duties include, but are not limited to:
Managing leasing process (generating leads, conducting tours, signing leases with applicants, conducting follow-ups and providing training and supervision to staff of part-time community assistants)
Implementing marketing programs including social media campaigns as well as more traditional marketing methods both on and off-site for current and future residents and working with management team to develop relationships with relevant campus and community organizations.
Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of leasing documentation and property policies
Maintaining superior customer service while handling multiple activities
Compensation includes a starting salary ranging between $43,000 and $45,000 annually depending on experience, in addition to monthly leasing bonuses and an annual property bonus. Compensation also includes paid time off in the form of vacation time and personal leave (sick) time.
