Position Summary: The Marketing & Design Intern is responsible for providing support for the marketing department through a variety of channels, print, digital, web and other as assigned. The Marketing & Design intern will report to the Marketing Design Manager and will assist with the development and design of the company's branding, graphics, marketing materials, social media posts and a variety of other creative tasks as assigned.
The Graphic Design Intern's primary duties include but are not limited to:
Prepare graphics to coincide with social media posts
Prepare property flyers, business cards, postcards and other various print materials
Set up files for print
Order flyers, print materials, signs, ect.
Post social media ads
Create sales meeting PowerPoints
Other projects as assigned
Job Requirements:
Enrolled in a college Graphic Design or Marketing program
Excellent computer knowledge - MAC
Must be proficient in basic design programs including Adobe Creative Suite, Word & PowerPoint
Writing and proofing skills are also required
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks within identified time frames
Organized, dependable and detail oriented
Team Player
Quick Learner and Efficient
Ability to work quickly and well under pressure
