CTL|Thompson, Inc. is seeking a qualified Social Media Specialist for full-time employment in our Fort Collins location.

Ideal candidates for this position must be creative, detail oriented, well-organized, experienced with computers and have strong, professional, written and verbal communication skills. Must have skills in videography, video editing/production, as well as experience with YouTube, Twitter, and other Social Media platforms. In addition, this position requires a dependable individual with the ability to interact well with others. Previous experience, either as a paid position or as a hobby is required. Knowledge/experience with online marketing systems is a plus.

Applicants must have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor and a strong work ethic. Hours are generally 40 hours per week and generally occur from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Work will typically take place in, or near, Fort Collins. Some short travel may be necessary.

Primary Responsibilities include:

Coordinate, plan, prepare and execute photographic and videography sessions, both indoors and outdoors.

Conceive original content, write script or storyboard where necessary.

Build and manage content storage systems.

Prepare media submittals to online platforms such as YouTube, Twitter and others.

Arrange and manage all content submittals to online platforms.

Optimize online content and accounts to advance company objectives.

Communication with various staff and clients by phone and email

Miscellaneous office administration tasks when needed
