Junior Designer

Pay range: $15-$17/hr starting depending on experience, up to $19/hr with periodic, performance-based raises. Benefits after 90 days

Collaborating with managers and specialists in a proactive and responsive way, while staying focused on their primary responsibilities in completing tasks.

Collaborating with account managers on how to best represent clients in social media.

Proficient in PhotoShop and In Design.

Active on Social Media with a knowledge of platforms. This includes but is not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Snap Chat.

Working knowledge of office software systems including email, word processing and spreadsheets.

Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Wordpress.

Basic understanding of search engine optimization and image optimization.

Experience in Duda website design a big plus.

Video editing experience a plus.

Tasks

Work as part of the website launch team with ongoing tasks such as website updates.

Design ads for digital campaigns as well as print.

Assist with website design and build-outs.

Communicate with Project Coordinator on tasks that need to be completed to ensure that deadlines and priorities are handled appropriately.

Design social media marketing campaigns, including ad campaigns.

Periodically communicate with Project Coordinator and Lead Designer regarding workload and any issues found to be positively or negatively impacting results.

Daily management of client social media profiles.

Post creation for multiple platforms to showcase smile gallery images, awards, staff, doctor recognition, ect.

Creation of How To tutorials for clients on how to create unique posts.

Weekly social media email to clients with post ideas and examples, as well as kudos for client participation on social media.

Creation and planning of posts needed for our office social media profile. Coordinating with co-workers for participation or gathering of assets.

Editing of photo assets sent over by clients.
