CARE Housing, Inc. is a nonprofit organization that develops and operates affordable housing communities with supportive services for low-income families and individuals in northern Colorado.

CARE Housing is seeking a team player who is committed to supporting, promoting and adhering to the mission of the organization. This full-time position will provide support to our clientele, managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our companys general administrative activities in order to optimize workflow procedures in the office.

Minimum education and/or experience for this position are:

High School Diploma or equivalent, and six months to one-year related work experience and/or training

Must have customer service and administrative assistance experience

Necessary skills and experience include:

Strong computer skills with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

Ability to interact effectively as a team member and independently with company staff, stakeholders, and a diverse client base

Ability to consistently provide customer service with compassion, composure and fairness

Ability to adapt quickly under pressure with changing priorities

Ability to take initiative to anticipate the needs of managers and team members, resolving issues before they arise

Additional experience with the following is preferred:

Yardi Voyager Property Management Software

Knowledge of Fair Housing policies and practices

Property Management

Awareness of northern Colorado community resources

Spanish speaking
