Job Summary:
As a Production Manager you will plan, organize, and oversee production projects, ensuring each job meets quality expectations working out in the field, managing the construction process from start to finish.
Some Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily construction of each project
Must call crew lead each morning to verify build is going on and send pic proof of red shirts
Measure performance, ensuring the project is meeting targets
Manage schedules
Manage personnel on site
Ensure quality through quality control
Resolve client issues
Identify issues and recommend performance solutions / improvements
Oversee project completion through coordination with all project team members (PM, Superintendent, Estimator, Foreman)
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in the Roofing market or other production
Experience managing large scale re-roofing projects
Ability to supervise and lead teams to meet quality and production goals
Interpersonal and leadership skills with ability to work on a team and take corrective action when necessary
Skilled in identifying problems and developing solutions in order to accomplish work in a timely manner
Highly competent oral and written communication skills to convey information effectively to employees, contractors and customers
Attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Capable to train and supervise direct employees, crews and subcontractors as needed
Competency to organize, plan, and execute work assignments
Knowledge of how install roofing and construction materials
