Onsite Property Management Services is looking to hire a Community Association Manager (HOA Manager) with great leadership skills and the ability to work with all types of people. This position requires a self-starting, organized, and cool under pressure individual with superior communication skills.
Job description:
Responsibility for managing an assigned portfolio of Associations.
Prompt communications with homeowners and Boards.
Supervising contractors and maintenance and the bids process.
Supporting the association boards.
Management of association violations and enforcement of community governing documents.
Attendance of evening board meetings.
Review of all Association financial statements on a monthly basis.
Meet any additional contractual obligations for each community
Requirements:
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a very busy office.
Basic computer skills using Excel and Word are required.
Great people skills.
