Local property management company has an open position for a day-porter/ entry level maintenance tech. Duties will include: policing properties for trash, replace light bulbs, unclog drains, light janitorial duties, light landscape duties, limited snow removal, minor drywall repairs and light painting. Prior experience or ability to be handy with hands and mind is preferred.
Candidate must own their own hand tools.
Candidate must have a clean professional appearance and be able to interact with tenants in a professional manner. Must be a self-motivated individual who can work independently or in a team environment.
Current clean driving record is mandatory. Company vehicle will be provided.
Ability to comply with company Policies & Procedures.
Willing to participate in ongoing technical, safety, and operational process training programs
Must complete background and driving record check. Selected candidates will be given a Pre-Work Screening to assess their physical capabilities to perform the the job. Drug tests will also be included.
This is an hourly paid position. Employer will provide uniform, cell phone, vehicle, certain tools/equipment besides hand tools, and earned paid time off.
