Large, well established property management company in search of an experienced maintenance person. Reliable transportation is a must. Requires a team player that is detailed, service oriented and able to contribute a positive approach to our business. Job duties involve working on the physical aspects of a variety of different types of properties. Prefer property management experience with a basic knowledge in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, pools and general maintenance. Candidate must be detail oriented and possess the knowledge to complete work orders and forms in a complete and timely manner. Hours are Monday thru Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with the ability to share on-call responsibilities. During the summer months, the hours are Monday thru Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with 4 hours on one weekday morning and corresponding hours off during the week with the ability to share on-call responsibilities.
A background check is required and a valid Colorado driver's license. The successful candidate must have a neat and well groomed appearance.
