Residential Maintenance Technician wanted Full-Time/Permanent for Boulder based maintenance and repair company. Experience in light plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance is required. Greater experience and higher skill level in such areas as heating system repair, skilled electrical, and plumbing brings higher pay. Must have an acceptable MVR with no disqualifying citations. Vehicle is provided. You must have your own tools. Hours are Monday Friday, 8AM 4:30PM. Availability for After Hours Emergency On-Call duty on a rotating basis with other Technicians is required and is compensated at Double-Time pay rates.
