We are a well established and reputable healthcare focused IT company/VAR. We are looking for a full-time organized, friendly, punctual, knowledgeable, highly motivated, self driven field technician to support our current clients in person and remotely.
Candidates should be an advanced level technician with hands-on training and expertise. Also, one who can easily combine knowledge, order, and method to quickly and accurately diagnose computer and networking issues in a variety of professional and technical environments with little to no assistance.
Abilities should include:-
Proficiency with Windows-based servers, systems, and software, including Server 2008 R2, 2012, 2016, and Windows 7, 10.
-Able to build workstations and servers from component level through OS activation.
-Comfortable with all areas of networking and domain administration.
-Set up and troubleshoot remote connectivity, including routers, RDP, VPN, TS. Citrix experience a plus.
-Communicate technical issues effectively with others of various levels of understanding
-Excellent follow through and reporting skills.
-Professional demeanor and appearance.
-Network cabling experience.
-Physical ability to lift and install computers, monitors, wall- and ceiling-mounted monitor arms, printers, and scanners.
-Effective time management in team or individual work environments.
-Understanding of virtual machines a plus.
You must be a professional who express' an interest in ever changing technology (both professionally and personally), communicate patiently, enjoy helping customers over the telephone/remotely, and must represent our company well to our current or potential client offices.
