As a Linux Systems Administrator, you will guide and contribute to the design, installation, configuration and maintenance of Linux servers and associated technologies. You will have shared responsibility to maintain the Linux servers, and cloud systems that run the company as well as acting as an escalation point for other System Administrators, Tier 1 Service Desk, and Application Development teams.
This is a contract to hire opportunity located in Fort Collins, CO with the ability to work remotely.Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of six years IT experience required.
- Experience working as a Linux system administrator required.
- Experience with AWS and/or Azure preferred.
- Familiarity with basic networking (IP addresses, routing, firewalls) preferred.
- Proficiency with one or more scripting languages (particularly with a focus on automation) preferred.
- The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
- A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
- Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
