That's high tech without the drama. www.microfocus.com About the Role:We are seeking a talented and hardworking individual to perform as a License Verification Auditor to help drive the success of our License Compliance team in the Americas. This person will work with Micro Focus customers and internal teams to manage data collection and reporting for mission critical assessments of a customer's license compliance.Successfully building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, the Auditor will oversee this work from inception through closure. All of this, while maintaining positive relations with Micro Focus' customers and adhering to the principles of Micro Focus' License Verification charter. The License Verification Auditor will:- Conduct reviews of customer's deployment of Micro Focus Software.
- Interpret complex license and support services agreements.
- Work closely with an experienced team of compliance managers and license entitlement analysts to ensure accurate and efficient data collection and analysis.
- Design appropriate remedies that foster a positive ongoing relationship with customers while protecting Micro Focus' intellectual property and contract rights.
- Identify and engage with the appropriate level of stakeholder within non-compliant customers' organizations, including up to C-level, to ensure resolutions consistent with license agreements and company objectives.
- Assist Micro Focus Compliance Managers with presentation of findings to the customer.
- Utilize workflow tools to provide regular updates to management and relevant stakeholders inside Micro Focus.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- 3-5 years' experience in audit, with a software company, audit firm, or similar industry
- Proven customer service experience and ability to communicate clearly
- Proven time management and leadership experience
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining relationships with colleagues and customers
- Strong analytical and logic skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage many simultaneous engagements
- Ability to understand and work with various forms of data extracts
- Ability to provide customer with assistance around data masking
