Key Responsibilities:
Perform framing tasks for custom residential homes, including walls, floors, roofs and structural components.
Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and building plans to ensure accurate construction.
Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
Collaborate with the team to meet project deadlines while maintaining high standards for quality and safety.
Assist in material selection, cutting, and assembly for custom framing solutions.
Adhere to all local building codes and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Carpenter, preferably in residential framing (3+ years preferred)
Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools and materials.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Physical stamina for lifting, climbing and working in various weather conditions.
Certification or apprenticeship in carpentry a plus.
What We Offer:
