The Account Manager is an integral part of our team and is primarily responsible for effectively servicing employer clients using BenefitEd products/services. The Account Manager is the main point of contact for the employer relating to the day-to-day operation and implementation of BenefitEd. The Account Manager will provide guidance and ongoing support to our partners. This position is responsible for over-all management of client accounts, retention of business, and increased utilization of products/services.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Primary accountability for managing employer accounts and relationships for BenefitEd customers.

Answering employer questions, provide new training and needs that arise from the client relationship.

Primary accountability for providing superior customer service to the employees of BenefitEd’s clients through email, chat and phone support.

Assist in monthly operational activities such as working with student loan servicers to verify accounts, working with refunded payments, and assisting accounting with customer related questions.

Provide regular reporting from CRM and other sources related to BenefitEd’s goals for adoption of the benefit and retention of clients.

Become an expert at navigating the BenefitEd platform and BenefitEd’s CRM tool.

Participate in special projects or committees and other related duties as assigned by team leader.

EDUCATION:College graduate in related field or equivalent experienceEXPERIENCE:Experience with account management and/or working with HR professionals is preferred.COMPETENCIES – SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES:An attitude that exudes confidence and passion.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively work with employer contacts in a professional manner.

Ability to work as a team player and establish good rapport with co-workers.

Very detail oriented with excellent prioritization, organization and time management skills.

Ability to multi-task and complete projects under high pressure deadlines and stressful situations.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Strong knowledge of BenefitEd.

General computer skills including Microsoft Office applications, e-mail, and Internet.
