“Audi Technician” for a long-term contract position with a client in Golden, Colorado Job Poster: Junaid Alam Description: Support of Audi test fleet activities. Updating of hardware and software. Reviewing and maintaining documentation – driver reports, work orders, data recorders, etc Reporting and feedback including weekly downloads, software updates to responsible groups / persons. Perform all scheduled maintenances and repairs on vehicles as required. Scrapping of cars. Perform required measurements as directed. All vehicle movements both arriving and departing – Shipping, Truck Deliveries, Shaffer Trans, IQS, Air France and LufthansaJob Responsibilities • Dealership product training• Automotive vocational technical training• Certificate in Automotive Technology• ASE Certification x2• EFK Certification (High Voltage Electric Vehicles) Skills: General skills needed to perform the job• Extensive knowledge as an Automotive Technician on Audi/VW vehicles. Work experience - 5-7 years job related experience. Automotive background & technical experience.
Education • High School Diploma or equivalent Work Flexibility: Physical requirements, travel requirements, work schedule, etc. • (Work schedule based on business requirements ( min. 40 hours / week ) including occasional Saturday and occasional overtime, core work hours 7AM – 4PM• Occasional domestic travel ( average 2-3 times per year ) required for business & training, possibly to international locations• Often driving a motor vehicle, incl. performance class, special training required.• Commonly sit at a desk or table.• Occasionally walk, stand, or stoop. Occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 pounds.
