Purpose and Scope/General Summary: This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, dynamic business that is heavily involved with supplying feedstock to the Renewable Fuels and Agricultural sector. The By-Products Sales role is responsible for the sales of By-Products produced by JBS Packing houses located across the US and Canada. This includes the development, implementation and management of sales and marketing strategies, new business development and relationship building across suppliers and customers. Our primary markets of focus are Renewable and Biofuels, Pet Food, Feed Ingredients, and the Oleo-chemical industry. This role is in office and based at our Corporate Office in Greeley, CO. The role can be tailored to suit the candidate’s skill set and experience.JBS is the first major company in our sector to set a net-zero target. We have committed to achieve net-zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2040 throughout our global operations and in partnership with our producers, suppliers and customers.Responsibilities:Responsible for the sales and marketing of Protein Meal, Fats, Oils and Greases

Manage inventories and execute on forward sales in conjunction with forward production volumes

Ability to identify arbitrage opportunities across physical commodities traded

Develop and implement new markets or commodities that complement the existing business

Manage designated key customers/destinations as a complete package to ensure that the Company's trading activities exceed the expectations of new and existing buyers and suppliers

Work with Trading teams to provide accurate market prices and knowledge to assist in the pricing of contracts, and look for opportunities to add value to sales and secure margin

Ensure the appropriate protection of the Company's financial interests by conscious and active risk management

Work with shipping, logistics, rail, finance, and other functions that impact key accounts and relevant commodities

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:Minimum 2+ years of experience in trading commodities

Additional sales, pricing or logistics experience across US, Canada and Mexico desirable

BS/BA degree or equivalent career experience

Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task

In-depth knowledge of agricultural supply chains and associated markets

Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook

As a salaried position with the company, you may be required to travel at some point to other facilities, to attend Company events, or as a representative of the Company in other situations. Unless otherwise specified in this posting, the amount of travel may vary and the most qualified candidate must be willing and able to travel as business needs dictate.

The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits :Benefits : Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;

Paid Time Off : sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;

401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;

Base salary range of $75,000 - $120,000; and

Incentive Pay: This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program;
