IFS ERP Analyst-Denver Tech Center/Fulltime

Perform administration and project work related to Client’s IFS ERP system. This includes implementation providing subject matter expert solutions, software and business process design, sometimes leading IFS solutions in cost accounting, corporate accounting and manufacturing. This includes being subject matter expert in IFS Finance/Accounting, IFS Manufacturing and Distribution, Supply Chain, and subject matter expert in IFS’s month and year-end close. This position is a critical part of IFS support and implementations in Client’s Global, multi-company, multi-currency, multi-site IFS deployment. Occasional International travel and on-call 24X7 needs are expected.

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES include the following:
  • Participate in Client’s ERP solutions implementation in all business areas including accounting, finance, manufacturing, operations, and Information Technology in a global multicompany, multicurrency, multisite implementation of IFS.
  • Business functional accounting (managerial/cost, and corporate) expert in Client’s implementation of IFS.
  • Subject Matter Expert with Client’s IFS Security Admin, JSOX, and IFS segregation of duties
  • Provide support for custom reporting using Crystal, IFS Queries, IFS Quick Reports and Barcoding solutions.
  • A key member of Client’s IFS subject matter expert resources on accounting, business analysis, data analytics, including manufacturing, finance, , HRIS, and other software support.
  • Works with management to prevent or remove obstacles inhibiting delivery of quality products and services to internal and external customers.
  • Additional responsibilities and duties may be assigned.

KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS: Minimal requirements for education, knowledge and experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, MIS, Business Computer Systems or related degree or equivalent experience. MBA is a plus.
  • +8 years relevant experience in accounting, ERP, and/or other related fields
  • +4 years in implementing, supporting, and maintaining IFS ERP solutions in a manufacturing environment
  • Plus working in with Crystal Reports
  • CPA certification a plus

PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS: This position requires the ability to perform the essential duties and responsibilities in the following environment:
  • International and USA domestic travel up to 25%.
  • Work schedule generally consists of 40 hours per week, which may include on-call status, evenings, and/or weekends.
  • Able to lift computer equipment, monitors, and servers.
