Client located in Greenwood Village, Colorado is seeking a Technical Support Engineer for a direct hire position. This position will report to the Technical Support Supervisor and participate on a 15 person team. Responsibilities will include providing customer support with regard to client / server and SaaS products. This will involve application support, training, configuration, security and general desktop support issues. Hours are from 8 to 6, Monday through Friday. No on-call or after hours work is required.Required:-Customer service experience (phone and remote-in).-Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.-Microsoft technologies experience (Windows, Office, Outlook, IIS, etc.).Desired:-SQL Server.-Any coding.-Certifications such as A+.
