RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in Greenwood Village, CO that is seeking an IOT Test Engineer. In this role, the IOT Test Engineer will help with Smart City proof of concepts with focus on LoRaWAN IoT.
Responsibilities: As a IOT Test Engineer, you will work within teams to configure LoRaWAN IoT gateways and sensors Create test plan for IoT devices Execute test cases and report results Debug equipment issues and collect logs The IOT Test Engineer will create demos and PoC's using open source libraries (GitHub) and hardware like Raspberry PI, Nvidia Jetson Monitor equipment remotely and generate reports Write scripts to automate testing and collect data IOT Test Engineer will communicate and report updates to stake holdersREQUIREMENTS: Knowledge of IoT technologies, configuring, programing and troubleshooting IoT devices Cloud experience preferably AWS Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time Hands on knowledge with ML algorithms Knowledge of video analytic algorithms like openCV, CNN, YOLO Knowledge of Smart Cities and its use cases; Preferred working on smart city projects in the lab or field Programming skills in Python or Java or C Good experience with Unix/Linux administration and troubleshooting IP knowledge (i.e., ability to configure/understand VLAN's, subnets, and plan IP's) Hands-on with a get things done attitude that can quickly learn and contribute to fast paced projects Multi-domain technical knowledge of IoT wireless technology, cloud, and programmingKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
