We're looking for a seasoned Program Manager to support our client in a long-term consulting role. Prior consulting experience is required.
Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.Rate: $80 - $85 / hr. w2 Responsibilities of the Program Manager: - Manage one or more complex/enterprise-wide IT programs with multiple projects
- Align project delivery with broader strategic initiatives and goals
- Plan and implement schedules and monitor program from inception through delivery
- Define and report on program roadmap, status, development issues, and success metrics
- Coordinate projects and their interdependencies
- Manage and utilize resources across projects
Requirements of the Program Manager: - At least 5 years of experience in telecommunications
- Network back office exposure: ability to break down technical requirements into action items
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- JIRA experience (or similar tools)
