RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Manager Scrum Master in Greenwood Village, CO. They should be comfortable in an agile environment with SDLC experience.

Summary:The Project Manager Scrum Master will be responsible for all aspects of the development, planning, tracking, issue resolution and implementation of assigned program(s) consisting of multiple projects. The role provides a single point of contact for projects for the Product, Operations, Care, and other development organizations. The Technical Project Manager is responsible for managing the software solution from original concept through final implementation.

Major Duties and Responsibilities: Project Manager Scrum Master manages project initiation, process and resource planning across all Software Engineering teams (Architecture, Development, QA and Development Operations) Manages cross dependency deliverables, milestones and timelines (Product, IT Engineering, Advanced Engineering, internal billing system team, Product intake organization, Network Operations (includes Video and Portal Operations, etc.) Identifies and mitigates risks to timely project deliverables across the enterprise; Escalates risks appropriately that require senior management to assist in resolving As a Project Manager Scrum Master, you provide insulation for architecture, development, development operations and QA teams through day-to-day project management (i.e., status reporting to stakeholders, engaging Software Engineering teams only as required, facilitating defect reviews, clearing roadblocks, engaging executive management for escalations, etc.) Coordinates Software Engineering code deployments to test and production systems, working closely with Development, Development Operations on timely code deployments Works on multiple projects (medium to large in size) as a project team member and has knowledge of Software Engineering priorities as well as enterprise priorities

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required 7+ years of project/program management for software engineering organization 7+ years of relevant business experience 5+ years of a working knowledge of software development life cycle (Agile, SDLC, Waterfall) Ability to read, write and speak the English language to communicate with employees, customers, suppliers, in person, on the phone, and by written communications in a clear, straight forward, and professional manner Ability to oversee and manage cross-functional and medium to large size projects that impact the organization as a whole Understanding and ability to manage program Ability to implement program and project plans, monitor progress, resource usage and quality Knowledge in conducting risk assessments and developing plans for eliminating or mitigating the risks identified Understanding of multiple project management disciplines
