RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in search of a React Lead Developer in Greenwood Village, CO.
Summary:Our design systems team builds and maintains an internal design system. The system enables us to rapidly evolve and maintain cohesive experiences across our internal and external experiences on mobile, web, and TV platforms. We are looking for a developer to lead, maintain, develop, and support our system's React library. This library encapsulates Vanilla styles and templates within React components. We seek candidates whose values align with our team's Core Values.Major Duties and Responsibilities: Develop, test, and maintain the React Kite Component Library Build new functionality based on business and consumer needs, as well as triage, and debug newly discovered defects Assists in preparing technical design specifications based on functional requirements and analysis documents Reviews functional requirements, analysis and design documents and provides feedback Collaborates with other development staff to achieve quality and consistency Participates in architecture, design and code reviews Develops and maintains operational and system level documentationREQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related field, or equivalent real world experience 5-10 years of experience ideal 5-10 years of experience working in Web technologies 5-10 years of experience working with client-side web frameworks 5-10 years of experience working with version control systems, testing frameworks, and build systems and/or package managers Experience building rich UI based applications Experience working alongside design resources and providing a technical perspective about the feasibility of business requirements Strong communication skills and ability to articulate complex concepts to technical and non-technical resources Ideal candidate will have experience in design systems Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms and OO Design In-depth understanding of browser rendering Solid understanding of UX best practices Basic understanding of accessibility development practices Ability to deliver against several initiatives simultaneously Ability to prioritize and organize effectively Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to read, write, and understand English Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilitiesKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
