- Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
- Drive established project management processes and methodologies to ensure delivery of approved project scope on time and within budget while meeting or exceeding quality standards and customer expectations.
- Responsible for assembling project plans and teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis, identifying resource needs, conducting quality reviews, and managing functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately.
- Develop options and recommendations to drive critical decisions.
- Responsible for tracking key project milestones and adjusting project and/or resource plans as necessary.
