Position Summary:
  • Will be working on a Project which is deploying a CRM tool for Sales and Marketing team.
  • Will be mapping out business processes and data flows for the CRM tool and documenting them. Also updating training materials and business procedures.
  • There are multiple “sub-projects” within the larger project. Will be working as needed on those.
  • The engagement would start immediately upon finding the right candidate.Essential Functions:· Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to document existing processes for multiple efforts/projects, record and verify root cause issues, reengineer business processes· Elicit and write requirements for the application changes and implementations to meet stakeholder expectations· Coordinate testing efforts for application changes and implementations; write test cases and test plans and provide user training when needed· Provide light project management including but not limited to communication plans, planning, tracking, identifying and resolving issues, risks, and status related to projects· Troubleshoot issues and assist with maintenance on applications including bugs, updates, and upgrades· Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned including but not limited to:o Attend team meetings, phone conferences, and training as neededo Know, understand, and follow employee guidelines, employment policies, and department or company procedureso Work schedules as required including working remotely, evenings and/or weekend as neededRequired Skills:· Ability and desire to learn and train on new software/systems at a rapid pace; ability to become a recognized expert on those systems· Ability and desire to learn and train on project and adoption management methodologies to manage, and execute projects throughout a full lifecycle in a highly matrixed organization· Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple deliverables, deadlines, priorities tasks and assignments with high degree of initiative and urgency in a dynamic work environment· Strong analytical skillset with ability to work backwards from business needs to define appropriate solutions· Advance skills in eliciting and documenting business requirements and identifying and writing cases for software applications· Excellent oral and written communication skills· Demonstrated ability to facilitate discussions, build consensus, and negotiate successful outcomes· Demonstrated strengths in organization, attention-to-detail, follow-through, analytical, reasoning, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills· Demonstrated ability to adapt easily to a changing environment and to follow through on tasks and assignments· Demonstrated ability to work as a member of a team and to foster a positive work environmentEducation and Experience:· Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience/education· 3+ years of experience in a similar role· Experience working as a business liaison to IT· Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required· Understanding of common software development processes and methodologies· Experience in documenting process flows, creating flow diagrams, test cases, and reengineering processes using any variety of software tools
