Title: Full Stack DeveloperLocation: Greenwood Village, COType: ContractSummary:The Senior Developer Marketing Full Stack is responsible for leading the development work on the client's Web Demo. This developer will both help with planning and executing the development of the Web Demo. This individual has the background and flexibility to work in an Agile environment and has strong full stack knowledge. Reporting directly to the Digital Creative Director, this individual will work within an agile team. Working with the AE, Project Manager, Jr Developer and QA team members, this individual will have to lead the development to handle all the daily tasks needed to keep the Web Demo on its monthly release schedule. The ability to story point, give solid level of effort projections and work within a structured code environment is a must.The full stack JavaScript developer must be a team player, self- sufficient and a multi-tasker. Must be able to troubleshoot issues and fix issues with no supervision. Test the new builds, so it is in sync with previous version of the demo, and maintain the closes approximation possible to the current live release. This role will not only maintain the Web Demo, but the Demo Admin Hub. They will need to investigate all new features on the digital roadmap and give time line of completion. If the new feature is related to a specific demo (PSC, Part Web) developer will work with the Project Manager and the Product owners to understand requirements, timelines and cost. The Web Demo and Demo Admin Hub must be fully responsive and tested thoroughly to work on all major browsers and in offline mode.This role must show enthusiasm to stay up to date on new technologies and integrate them into projects effectively. Must demonstrate a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work with the PM and lead additional developers and QA teams to be as effective as possible. This role will sometimes help out both the email team and the web maintenance/production teams. This help generally just involves basic HTML or frontend CSS.What you will do:
- Test the new builds, so it is in sync with previous version of the demo
- Be a leader in daily scrums to make sure that daily work is figured out and timelines are correct
- Manage multiple stories at once
- Meet deadlines and stay within budget constraints Inspire and motivate clients to expand creatively, through fresh, exciting ideas
- Work with campaign/creative results and optimize new creative based on that data
- Coordinate all creative efforts to follow campaign focus and brand standards
- Exceptional design and art standards
- BS/BA degree or comparable experience
- 8 years + experience in a developer role 4 years + experience with software design
- 6 year + working in database environments
- Strong skills in Angular, javascript, node stack, postgres, mongodb, salesforce, Heroku, css, html, git, jquery, bootstrap, backbone
- Solid knowledge and experience working on projects that had test driven development
- Responsive design, cross browser testing
- The confidence to explain and support your thinking, both internally and externally
- A flexible approach and willingness to adapt your ideas to the needs of internal clients
- High level IT skills
