Description
- Providing and maintaining content (product master data) on a daily basis, mostly using Excel, on a dealer and sales rep-facing website- Providing user support to retailer and sales rep users (can't find a product, need a login, can't perform a particular function)- Troubleshooting and reporting functional issues, working with team PM and website provider to ensure these are resolved.- Ensuring enhancement requests (right now there is one for a new digital catalog layout) are implemented on time and correctly, and working as expected.- VERY high level of experience in Excel, to include building and troubleshooting medium-to-high complexity Macros.- Experience working with large data sets, (20K+ records) in a data audit or data management capacity Requirements Microsoft Excel, MS Excel, Excel Formulas Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
