As the Sr. Manager in Test Engineering, you will oversee multiple high performing test engineers distributed across several Agile teams. These engineers provide support for the Issuer Processing Forward program, they design, execute and evaluate manual and automated tests to verify and validate new functionality, enhancements, and modifications of existing functionality. This role involves working closely with Individual Contributors, Managers and Product partners geographically dispersed throughout North America, Germany and Asia Pacific.
Working at the core of one of our strategic platforms and functions, you will be challenged as a technical partner, an end-user advocate, a delivery enthusiast and a mentor. Beyond leading teams of direct and indirect reports, this position requires heavy collaboration across job functions both within and outside of the direct organization to define, clarify and resolve significant and complex issues and implement preventative solutions/processes. This role requires strong communication and analytical skills, and prior experience leading technology teams andcontinuous process improvements.

Lead analysis, development and implementation of continued automation utilities, processes, procedures and advancements.
QualificationsBasic Qualifications 8 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 5 or more years of experience with an Advanced DegreePreferred Qualifications Prefer 6+ years of experience managing a software development or testing team Prefer 6+ years of experience in financial and banking industry business, optimally with experience in payment processing, billing, and collection domains Prefer 8+ years of hands-on software testing or development experience In-depth working knowledge of Web/API applications Experience with SAFe Agile Framework or other Agile frameworks Strong knowledge of Java, Java Script and CI/CD process. Hands-on test automation experience with industry tools Experience with test management software tools such as Application Lifecycle Management, Jira or similar Experience with Authorization Processing, Risk products and Security a plus Proven high-impact player with an impressive track record of execution, collaborative and thought leadership Experience leading geographically distributed teams in a highly matrixed environment General business skills including budget administration, planning, negotiation skills, and project management Must be detail-focused and have business oriented thinking Proven ability of handling multi-tasks in a dynamic environment Excellent business writing, verbal communication, and presentation skills
