Job Summary:Intermediate maintenance is the jack of all trades, go to man for the first response to any and all maintenance work orders that appear in the property management department. Your daily tasks will include anything from installing garbage disposals, tracking leaks, all sizes of drywall and paint repairs, fireplace diagnostics, furniture and minor woodworking repairs, commercial boiler inspections, etc. You will work heavily with our property management department and will be responsible for effectively managing your daily work to complete the most impactful work in the most timely manner. Shift and Schedule Availability: Full Time, Year Round

Job Responsibilities:
Respond to all tasks of unit and building repairs for Keystone Rental operations and Keystone HOAs.
Conduct building Preventative Maintenance tasks such as crawlspace checks, boiler checks, ice machine cleanouts, garage heater/ac inspections and cleanouts, filter replacements for mechanical rooms and air handlers, etc.
Efficiently and safely balance priorities to execute duties in a timely manner.
Be ready to assist with in unit guest issues such as TVs, fireplaces, and lightbulb changes when required.
Assist with pool and spa duties when required.
Help to maintain inventory and order parts required for job completion with the assistance of management.
Communicate well with teams, helping senior techs with advanced work, working with junior techs to complete larger projects, and passing on all relevant information to management.
Operate efficiently independently, conducting all operations deliberately, with cleanliness and thoroughness in mind.

Job Requirements:
Maintain a valid Colorado Driver’s License
Well versed and efficient in basic repairs such as drywall repairs, painting, rewiring switches and outlets, blinds repairs, basic woodworking, installing and replumbing sinks and toilets, clearing clogs with a hand snake, retiling, recaulking, gas fireplace troubleshooting, appliance installation, etc.
Familiarity with pool and spa maintenance and operations preferred.
Working knowledge of building codes, OSHA requirements, lock out/tag our procedures, and willingness to ask when unsure.
Strong Communication skills needed / Fluent in English
General computer knowledge and comfort using smart phone apps, as all tasks are dispatched/managed/completed on a mobile ap.
Maintain good attitude and people skills even during high-pressure situations
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to lift up to 50lbs and comfortably move in and out of a vehicle, safely across snow, and up and down stairs.
Own appropriate hand tools required for maintenance of units and buildings.
The expected pay range is $22.00 - $25.49. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
