Summertime: Performing daily upkeep to Townhomes grounds including but not limited to landscaping, watering plants, daily trash checks and attending to pool facilities.
Candidate will also be responsible for keeping pool towels stocked, supplied with paper products, soap, sanitizer and cleaning pool restrooms.
Wintertime: This position involves snow shoveling, clearing ice from walks and driveways, and refilling ice melt to home owner stations.
Performs other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management.
Qualifications:Valid drivers license is preferred
Able to lift up to 50 lbs. - required
Able to stand for long periods of time in excess of 2 hours without sitting - preferred
Able to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal - preferred
High school diploma – preferred
