Description:-Will be taking incoming calls from Surgeons and Sales Representatives regarding active cases -Primary responsibility will be scheduling - new cases come in and they are in contact with Sales Reps. and Surgeons to organize time with Planning Engineers to plan a case (they are life line between external customers and internal groups) -Responsible for transferring calls to different departments -Keep track of cases and push them along -Will keep Surgeons on track with the planning phase of the case (work with schedulers and office staff as well) -Track outgoing shipments to ensure any shipping delays are resolvedSkills:Customer service, Customer support, Call centerTop Skills Details:Customer service,Customer support,Call centerAdditional Skills & Qualifications:MUST HAVE: -1-2 years of customer service experience in the healthcare space (i.e. enrollment, eligibility, scheduling, insurance verification, etc.) -HS Diploma required -Proficient in Outlook (i.e. send emails, send calendar invites, etc.) -Someone who enjoys talking to others, and have the ability to speak with a variety of individuals -Someone who has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment -Strong attention to detail and able to juggle multiple projects at once -Ability to work with strict deadlines based on the surgery dates -Ability to learn new software programs -Time management and organization skills are essential to succeed in this role NICE TO HAVE: -Previous experience working with Surgeons or medical staffExperience Level:Entry LevelAbout Aston Carter: Please Note: Scammers are posing as Aston Carter.
