Serves as liaison between laboratory operations and the programming/computer operations area in recommending and implementing Test Master changes, assists the Lab System Supervisor in overseeing overall laboratory computer conversions and in assisting with developing and testing laboratory related software and hardware. Gains knowledge of department operations and procedures.
