Description We are seeking a Sr. Compensation Analyst based in LAKEWOOD, Colorado, to work in the Health Pharm/Biotech sector. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity, where you will be tasked with various responsibilities, primarily focused on compensation administration and job description development within the organization. Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive job descriptions for a variety of roles within the organization, ensuring they align with established job codes and career frameworks. Work closely with HR Business Partners to gain a thorough understanding of each role and its requirements. Conduct job leveling for various roles, taking into account different levels of responsibility and complexity. Use established templates for job descriptions to maintain consistency across the organization. Regularly update and maintain accurate job descriptions as roles evolve or new roles are established. Utilize UKG Pro HR management software for various tasks related to compensation administration. Participate in the development and implementation of compensation strategies and philosophies. Ensure compliance with FLSA regulations by running and analyzing tests in Excel. Prepare for the introduction of Payfactors in 2025 and ensure a smooth transition. Collaborate with global teams, aligning to US working hours for the most part. Rewrite job descriptions as needed to ensure they are current and accurately reflect the role.Requirements A minimum of 10 years of experience in Compensation Administration, preferably within the Health Pharm/Biotech industry. Proficiency in using UKG Pro for HR management tasks. Demonstrated ability to develop and rewrite job descriptions. Experience in managing compensation programs, including base pay, short-term and long-term incentives. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret compensation data and metrics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills. Knowledge of federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations. Certified Compensation detail oriented (CCP) designation would be an advantage. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
