Atrilogy Solutions Group is looking to hire a Systems Support Engineer. Systems Support Engineer with Transport or Fiber experience. Netcracker knowledge is preferred or another similar tool (Vexus etc) . Looking for Transport understanding and experience.
Location : Littleton CO 80120 Duration : Long Term - SQL Support
- Resolve internal customer tickets in ServiceNow in a timely fashion while providing excellent customer service.
- Serve as the main point of contact during system outages
- Wireline/Wireless Transport Knowledge a plus.
- Applied knowledge of SQL or other database query tools.
- Python experience a plus
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Familiar with relational database concepts
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills
- Knowledgeable of software requirements platforms (Jira/Rally).
