Training Manager. This is a 12+ Months contract opportunity with long-term potential (also open for Full Time – Permanent option) and is located in Littleton, CO. ResponsibilitiesThe Training Manager is responsible for managing all projects within a specific portfolio within the Training and Quality organization. The role is accountable for developing the full scope of projects and enhancements to existing programs to ensure continuous improvement and ensure the organization is functioning in as lean a manner as possible. A Training Manager will identify and manage key resources to ensure the goals of the program are achieved. This role must be able to work independently and execute with minimal direction from management. Skills, Experience and Requirements- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2-4 years of experience in training leadership and/or project management
- Strong vendor management skills and project management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must possess high energy to maintain a sense of urgency
- Managing ambiguity and operating effectively when the way forward is not clear.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively respond to and interact with all levels of organizational staff.
- Maneuvering comfortability through complex policy, process, and people-related organizational dynamics.
- Create and deliver a compelling picture of the vision strategy that motivates others to action.
