The team will look to you to provide guidance on architectural and design decisions, technology selection, as well as delivering ways to continuously improve operational excellence, performance, scalability and cost optimization. You will help develop the team as they progress and advance in their careers. You will also have the opportunity to work across teams to share best practices with other managers and senior engineers. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 7+ years of experience working directly within engineering teams
- Experience partnering with product OR program management teams
- 3+ years of people management experience, managing engineers
- 3+ years of experience architecting and designing (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems
