Job Description

Honcho is looking for a full-time Growth Marketing Manager to join our team. We are a fully remote team looking for someone who is based anywhere in the U.S. available to work MST hours.

The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing our lead generation efforts anywhere from digital campaigns to industry events, as well as ensuring our internal processes keep our sales and marketing teams tightly aligned. You’ll love this role if you’re energized by being a big player on a small team that is focused on operations, analytics, and organization.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Campaign management and tracking: We have ambitious lead and revenue goals and we need your help planning campaigns to support meeting those goals. Create, test, and scale campaigns across multiple channels, including but not limited to paid and organic search, LinkedIn, email, and more.

  • Develop new ways of reaching our ideal customer: Once you understand our customers and where they get their info, you'll be coming up with new ways of reaching them. LinkedIn isn’t the only answer. We're looking to provide our helpful content where our customer truly spends time (think: publications, blogs, podcasts, events, etc.)

  • Content distribution: You will ensure each piece of content drives engagement and is distributed across email, social, and internally so our employees are empowered to share as well.

  • Marketing ops: Own the marketing tech stack and maintain HubSpot (our sales and marketing platform). Recommend any additional tools needed to ensure we’re successful.

  • Marketing to Sales handoff: You’ll work closely with external SDRs and internal AEs to drive qualified leads to sales, and own the process so prospects have a great experience from the start. You’ll be managing all leads in HubSpot to ensure the data is accurate and that leads are moving through our qualification process for sales follow-up.

  • Website: Work with our marketing agency to set up proper tracking, create landing pages, follow SEO best practices, and run a/b tests to improve our website’s conversion rate.

  • Marketing Analytics: Define KPIs and create full-funnel dashboards to help us measure, optimize, and scale our marketing efforts.

Qualifications

Some things that would make you an excellent candidate:

  • 4+ years of experience in a growth marketing or demand gen role at a B2B or SaaS company, preferably a startup.

  • You are drawn to operations, analytics, and organization. This role is going to be heavily focused on campaigns, maintaining and improving our HubSpot database, and ensuring constant alignment with sales.

  • You are energized by creating a lot with a little. We are at the beginning of building our brand and marketing practice. You love the challenge of bringing a brand to market and spreading the word to drive demand and qualified leads.

  • You are experienced at executing campaigns across multiple channels, including paid, and you can share past experiences of campaigns you’ve run, what you learned, and how you optimized them to reach goals.

  • You’re a HubSpot expert. You also know what additional tools to use and how to use them (and, if you don’t know, you are eager to figure it out). You’re also excited to train sales teams on these tools.

  • Start-up experience: You want to work at an early-stage company because you love being a part of creating and building a brand. You don’t expect to come into a well-oiled machine because it’s your goal to be a part of building the machine.

  • You thrive working remotely: You are excellent at managing your projects and time and thrive on a team that values trust and autonomy.

Salary Range:

Salaries depend on geography, experience, and education. Negotiations range from $60,000 - $85,000.
