The SVP of Finance and Accounting position is paying up to $200,000! The SVP of Finance and Accounting will be responsible for : Management and building out the Accounting and finance team. Creating and managing a compliance and Risk management department Oversee tax and audit Management of the treasury Oversight of Human Resources including Recruit, interview and full-time finance, accounting and payroll staff . Management and implementation of appropriate internal controls and financial procedures. Manage international expansion, legal entity set-up and ensure applicable compliance and tax requirements are met.
